Our furnaces for the vaporization process can be of two different types, both pit furnaces and continuous furnaces, and can be combined with other different typologies of plants according to specific needs.
In the furnaces for the vaporization of metals, controlled oxidation process takes place on sintered pieces with the production of oxides which are resistant to atmospheric conditions and corrosive environments. During vaporization process, water vapour is used to produce oxides (especially blue/grey iron tetroxide) on the surface and inside the pieces. This treatment can take place with temperatures between 500° and 570°C in pit or continuous furnaces.
