The sintering process of stainless steel requires higher temperatures, and for this reason sintering furnaces for stainless steel are produced following a specific method. It is used a furnace with a higher temperature than those that are used for the sintering process of other materials (1200-1250°C).
For this reason, the inner transport system of the pieces is obtained through a pushing unit of the incoming containers, or through motorized ceramic rollers, or hop-step transfer system. The protective atmosphere is made of a combination of nitrogen and hydrogen with a high percentage of H2.
