Elements with a delicate shape or situations in which high dimensional precision is required can undergo unacceptable deformations during the heating and the subsequent drastic cooling process. In order to prevent this phenomenon, we use moulds for hot pieces controlled by hydraulic presses or pressure closing systems, through which shutdown fluids circulate. The movement of hot pieces under moulds is done through the use of automatic handling systems.
For the heating process, different types of furnaces (with rotary hearth and rollers, hop-step transfer system etc.) and various protective atmospheres can be used according to the dimensions and characteristics that are required.
